Children's Mental Health
Week 2021
1st - 7th February 2021
This week is Children’s Mental Health Week. With everything that is currently still happening in the world it is more important than ever before to ensure we are supporting our children and their mental health and well-being.
Parents and carers play an important role in their child’s mental health. This #ChildrensMentalHealthWeek help your child to explore the different ways they can express their thoughts, feelings and ideas.
Throughout the week the children have been discussing emotions and what makes them feel happy/sad/angry/worried etc, and how they can express their feelings. They have had fun showing us their emotions through pulling different faces and drawing their own emotion pictures. The babies have enjoyed taking part in yoga and practicing different yoga positions
