Our Early Years Practitioners are the heart of our setting, delivering an experience to our children, that will shape their lives in the most positive way.

Full Time Practitioners
Working Pattern: Full time, all year round, shifts between 7.30am and 6pm

Your role will include being a key worker for a small group of children, providing high quality education and learning whilst ensuring the welfare and safety of children withing the setting. 

Ideally a full and relevant Level 2, 3 or higher qualification in Early Years or Childcare is essential for this role. 
Bank Staff 
Working Pattern: Casual, as and when required all year round, shifts between 7.30am and 6pm

We are currently seeking unqualified, Level 2 and Level 3 bank staff to join our team.

Kids Club Assistant's and School Pick Up Drivers 

Must be able to work Monday - Friday, 3pm - 6pm. 

Role involves picking children up from 1 of 4 local primary schools either by car of walking and taking them back to our Kids Club. 

You would carry out activities with the children, support meal times and reading/homework. 

If you have children of school age, they would also be able to attend the club while you work.  ​

Key Responsibilities:
  • To promote a fun, high quality environment for the children aged from babies to pre-school. 
  • Ensure that at all times the Welfare and Learning development requirements are met. 
  • Work in partnership with parents and carers.
  • Undertake a shared responsibility for health and safety throughout the nursery.
  • Ensure the general cleanliness of the children at all times.
  • Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Be fully aware of all emergency and security procedures relating to the nursery.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Undertake any other duties as reasonably requested by management.
